Couros will present on The Innovator's Mindset. Couros is an Innovative Teaching, Learning, and Leadership Consultant and author of “The Innovator’s Mindset“  Formerly he served as Division Principal of Innovative Teaching and Learning with Parkland School Division, located in Stony Plain, Alberta, Canada, and has over 17 years of experience as an educator, in a myriad of roles from K-12. Couros is passionate about distributed leadership within his division, and believes that creating a collaborative environment with all stakeholders, will help to ensure that we meet the best needs of all children.

She consults in the fields of adaptive learning, ed tech, learning design, instructional design, educational game design, faculty development, digital learning platforms, educational software development, STEM education, competency-based learning, eLearning, and the future of education.
